2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts
Users and vendors are responsible for:

- All activities under their account
- Providing accurate profile information
EventFilo is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using EventFilo agree to:
- Provide accurate service descriptions
- Deliver services as advertised
- Comply with local laws and licensing requirements
- Handle refunds and cancellations as per their stated policies
- Maintain professional conduct
EventFilo does not guarantee vendor performance or service quality.
5. Bookings & Payments
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
- EventFilo is not responsible for payment gateway errors or delays.
- Pricing is determined solely by vendors unless otherwise specified.
- Users must review vendor policies before making bookings.
6. Fees & Commissions
EventFilo may charge:
- Platform service fees
- Vendor subscription fees
- Transaction commissions
All applicable fees will be communicated clearly before payment.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund and cancellation policies are primarily determined by individual vendors.
EventFilo is not responsible for refund disputes between users and vendors but may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors must not:
- Post false or misleading information
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Attempt to disrupt platform operations
- Violate intellectual property rights
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on EventFilo.com including:
- Logos
- Design
- Platform structure
- Text and graphics
is owned by or licensed to EventFilo and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventFilo shall not be liable for:
- Vendor service failures
- Event cancellations
- Financial losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business opportunities
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold EventFilo harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misconduct
- Legal violations
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Remove listings
- Terminate access
without prior notice if Terms are violated.
13. Modifications to Terms
EventFilo may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which EventFilo operates.
